Andrew Milisits -- Founder and Managing Partner:  Mr. Milisits founded AITHERAS, LLC in 2002 and has lead the successful growth of this well positioned and managed 8(a) enterprise. Andrew possesses over 17 years of IT project management and systems implementation experience. Moreover, Andrew has lead systems implementations in FDA and other regulated environments focusing on call center, compliance, sales/distribution, and quality assurance solutions. He possesses a Bachelors Degree from the University of Virginia as well as certifications and advanced training in multiple ERP applications, configuration management and ITIL and cGMP disciplines. Mr. Milisits manages the daily operations of AITHERAS. Prior to entering the technology field, Andrew had a successful career in performing sophisticated credit and financial risk analysis and data management.

Ben Hankins – Partner: With a career that spans over 20 years in the federal government sector, Ben is an expert in the provision of program and acquisition management support for a multitude of federal and commercial clients. His experiences in federal consulting, taken together with his demonstrated results in federal acquisition and program management, led him to partner in the creation of several successful federal contracting firms. His experience is wide ranging, including all areas of operations, marketing, and program management. Mr. Hankins primarily focuses on Business Development at AITHERAS bringing to bear all of his experience and expertise in support of AITHERAS’ aggressive growth plan.
