AITHERAS is tasked with performing quarterly Quality Control Audits to determine CACI’s conformance level of the CMMI Best Practices for the management of systems operations and maintenance services, and execution of technical direction from National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Electronic Editing and Publishing System (eDOCS). The AITHERAS auditor and CACI QA Manager meet to review project activities, define processes, and determine the project adherence to established project plans, standards, and procedures. Additionally, the Project Team determines whether the project work products satisfy documented stakeholder requirements.
